4.2 Pickup: If you choose to pick up your order at our bakery and cafe, please arrive at the designated time indicated in your order confirmation. Late pickups may result in compromised product quality, and we are not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause.

5. Refunds and Returns

5.1 Refund Policy: We are committed to providing quality products. If you are dissatisfied with your order OR damaged products; please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order to discuss potential solutions.

Pre-Orders could be cancelled upto 48 hrs prior to the delivery date.
For any cancellation of orders we should receive a call from the number mentioned in the invoice to (phone number)
Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
No refunds will be paid in cash.

5.2 Returns: We do not accept returns of edible products due to their perishable nature, Non-edible merchandise may be eligible for return, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Incase the wrong product was sent by merchant, if the product was defective, if the product was damaged in shipping, if the product was tampered; please contact us from the number mentioned in the invoice to (phone number) within 1 hour of receiving your order to discuss potential solutions.
